Rochelle Fontes Phillips fought a sudden and aggressive battle with cancer, with a quiet strength that has left us all shocked by her passing. Many in the community are joining together to raise support for her 12-year-old daughter, Shelby. Gifts donated to St. Mark’s Shelby Phillips Fund are tax-deductible charitable contributions.
