Christians grow in Christ through their entire lives. Often, adults attempt to live their mature, complex lives with a childhood, "Sunday School" faith, and judge faith itself or the whole spiritual endeavor to be wanting, when what is needed is a faith that has grown up with them.

At St. Mark's you will find growth simply in being part of this faith community and sharing your perspective while listening to others.

The liturgy itself is an occasion for growth - full of scripture and reflection on its meaning and application to daily life - our minds as well as our hearts and hands reach out for more life for ourselves and others.

For everyone, our daily "practice" (which may include reading, meditation, prayer and service) is the context for significant growth. In families with children, the day-by-day modeling of faithful living and service as well as intentional conversation and prayer is key.

You may find a class, a sermon, other resources on this website. You will also find information about upcoming programs.

The aim is not to be "done" as with old-fashioned school programs. Instead, enjoy the scenery, enter life ever more deeply, delight in being part of a community that is discovering "all things new."
